Designed for Board and C-level professionals, founders and advocates, the conference brought together subject matter experts and industry leaders seeking to learn how to drive positive change in their organisations.
This informative and interactive event covered key themes such as the importance of a balanced board, how inclusion drives high performing teams, the power of mentoring, investment and entrepreneurship, building psychological safety, behavioural and structural inclusion, active allyship and the power of a growth mindset.
