Rise to Board is our partnership with Jeannette Linfoot's Rise Academy, for women who have the talent and ambition to reach the boardroom but lack the networks or support to get there. Together, we are committed to changing that, one rising star at a time.

We know there are exceptional women running businesses, leading teams and building careers, who have everything it takes to reach the very top. What they sometimes lack is access to the right development, sponsorship and connections to accelerate that journey. Rise to Board exists to close that gap.

Each cohort of ten selected participants receives a nine-month leadership development programme, lifetime access to the Rise Academy, and one-to-one executive mentoring from senior leaders across the Balance the Board network. Every mentor is deeply committed to helping talented women reach their full potential.
